I've tried all of the headshot/decap techniques in the game but I only ever see blood and no additional gore pieces.MTA: SA 1.5.9 (Windows client and server for Win7 / 10) I noticed that your effectsPC file has textures for head explosions (an eyeball, brain pieces, skull fragments?) But these effects have never shown up for me when I tested the mod. I'd love to use this, but I haven't committed to it because the FPS hit is just a bit too much for me, so I've taken particle textures from this mod and rigged up my own personal mini-mod, but it's not all that impressive without knowing exactly how the particle system works as it does in your fxp file.Īlso, on a side note. Lowering the size of each individual particle texture might also help. There's probably a bit too much smoke in the fires/explosions and maybe too many particles overall.Ĭan you please do an update of this mod and release a separate "Lite" version with toned down effects for people who run the game on older computers or low system specs? The mod already has less of an FPS hit than some other similar particle mods, but I do notice significant FPS drop on my system when standing in front of the big fires with tons of smoke going up into the air. This is probably the best particle FX mod available currently for San Andreas, however I agree with what others have said about some FX being a little excessive.
